Dear Family and Friends: Carolyn Loghry, from Arkansas, came down last week to have a fun-filled week with her grandchildren at Orange Beach, AL.  Per her husband, retired Baptist minister, Joe, she developed extreme abdominal pain.  She was quickly transferred from Orange Beach to Sacred Heart hospital this past Saturday and underwent an operation for a twisted bowel blockage.  The surgeons…Keep Reading

Dear Family and Friends:Today marked a very special “Home Coming”.  With full military honors, Lt. Commander Amy Monkmon’s ashes were interred at Barancas National Cemetery. In attendance were her proud, all active duty sons, U.S. Army Adam and Christopher Abeyta, and U.S. Air Force Edison Abeyta.  Per Adam, their mom had been battling colon cancer for the past three years. …Keep Reading

Commander Amy Monkmom, who has been placed in Covenant Hospice Care at Sacred Heart Hospital.  All three of Amy’s sons are active duty.  Adam was called home from Korea.  Edison was called home from Germany.  And, Christopher was called home from California.  We, at the Vineyard Family…Keep Reading
