Dear Family and Friends:
Corey Lovett has come off of the mechanical ventilation and is doing absolutely wonderful according to his family. They believe he had an allergic reaction to caffeine tablets that caused him to have seizures and stop breathing. He is fully alert and has been moved to a regular room at Gulf Breeze Baptist hospital. His entire family is very grateful for all of the prayers that has been sent their way. If he continues to progress, he could be discharged early next week. A very big praise here!
Larry Buchanan had a set-back according to his sweet wife, Judy. Larry, as you recall had a hemorrhagic bleeding stroke now about two weeks ago. He is in the SICU at Baptist Hospital. The drain tubing, per Judy, developed a clot and had to be replaced with another drain. The C-T scan should some swelling of his ventricles the following day. But, God has his hand on Larry. He is already showing improvement! We have been hosting his wife and their three lovely daughters here at the Vineyard. Again, God is good!
Paul Fulmore continues to improve at West Florida Rehabilitation center. Paul, as you recall had his left leg below the knee amputated due to an non-healing infection in the foot. Paul’s wife, Sarah has use of our washer and dryer here at the Vineyard. She wants to stay with her husband as much as she can. They are from the Panama City, FL area.
Kenneth Powell was able to go to his own home for hospice care this week. Per his son, Derrick, this is what he wanted most. Our thoughts and prayers are with this sweet family as spend this precious time together in the following days.
Blessings to all of you, Love Always in His Name!
